RETURNS

Statement Piece Boutique does not accept returns on items ordered from statementpieceboutique.com AFTER 14 days of your original purchase. Statementpieceboutique.com does not refund shipping costs when item(s) are returned. Returns for store credit will be processed free of charge, while returns for a refund to your original payment method (i.e. credit card, Paypal) will require a handling & processing fee of $5.99, which will be deducted from the amount to be refunded to you. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Refunds will be processed within approximately 7 to 10 business days after we receive your return.

Items that ARE eligible for return:

  1. Are able to be returned within 14 days of the original purchase.
  2. Have NOT been worn, damaged, washed, smells of smoke or personal body fragrances, or altered in any way. The item(s) must be in new condition.
  3. All items MUST be returned in its original packaging, all original tags must be attached, footwear must be in its original shoebox, and swimwear & bodysuits must have the hygiene liners intact.

Items that CANNNOT be returned, exchanged or refunded:

  1. Accessories, earrings, ear cuffs, and any other items marked as "Final Sale."
  2. Designer handbags are eligible for store credit ONLY if proven defective and returned within the 14 days requirement.
  3. Gift cards or promotional gift certificate discounts cannot be reused or refunded if you choose to return product(s) from your order.

 

Return Authorization Number

Items that are eligible to return for store credit or a refund will need a return authorization number. This is how you get one:

  1. Send an email to: cs@statementpieceboutique.com. In the “subject line” type “RETURN”.
  2. In the email please include your full name, phone number, Order Number, indicate the reason for your return, and specify whether you would like store credit or a full refund on original purchase method.
  3. Print your label (and place label on the outside of the package), then drop off at your nearest UPS location.

***Please note, returns for store credit will be processed free of charge, while returns for a refund to your original payment method (i.e. credit card, Paypal) will require a handling & processing fee of $5.99, which will be deducted from the amount to be refunded to you. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.***

 

International Returns

Follow the same procedures as the "Return Authorization Code" section above. You must return your items to us within 21 days of your original purchase. Please write your order # on the outside of the package. If approved for a refund, you will receive your refund in the original form of payment. Unfortunately we cannot refund duties, taxes or shipping charges.

 

Store Credit

Store credit is provided in U.S. Dollars, and can only be used online at our website, statementpieceboutique.com. Store Credit never expires and cannot be transferred to another person or account. Store Credit may not be purchased and is only provided when previously purchased items have been returned and you have choosen "Store Credit" as the refund method. Any purchase amounts that exceed the value of the Store Credit will require an additional method of payment for the remaining balance due. Check “My Account” To view your Store Credit Balance
